The Agricultural Markets Development Trust (AMDT) is a Tanzanian-owned trust focused on transforming the agricultural sector, which is the backbone of Tanzania’s economy. AMDT supports value chain development, improves market systems, enhances productivity, and increases access to markets for micro, small, and medium enterprises. By strengthening coordination and maximizing program impact, AMDT contributes to poverty reduction and inclusive economic growth in Tanzania.

Key Challenge Solved:
The main challenge was interpreting the client’s vision. They requested a “compact” website, but their descriptions suggested a minimal design. To address this, I:
- Balanced between compactness and minimalism while maintaining usability
- Communicated design trade-offs clearly with the client
- Delivered a solution that satisfied both their functional needs and design expectations
